eUnited Welcomes New Content Writers!

eUnited is pleased to announce the addition of two new content creators, assisting in keeping fans informed with breaking news, post-match interviews and more.

Cameron DeRuyte and Zachary Lange both come to the eUnited family with a communications background in public relations and journalism respectively.

DeRuyte is a 22-year-old from North Bay, Ontario who graduated in the spring of 2016 with a degree in public relations. DeRuyte has had a passion of esports for several years, watching several competitive titles. eUnited is the first organization of which DeRuyte is a part of, and is looking forward to the opportunity.

“I can’t believe I’m a member of the eUnited team,” DeRuyte said. “To join an organization like eUnited and work with them on their content feels like a dream. It’s an absolute privilege to be a part of the organization.”

Fans have a lot to look forward to as both new writers look to craft refreshing, in-depth articles that have yet to be done in the scene.

“We want to bring forward content that we not only know people will enjoy, but that will be unique as well,” DeRuyte said.

For Lange, eUnited is a new beginning for the 20-year-old residing in Orlando, Florida.

Lange, who attends the University of Central Florida pursuing a degree in journalism, has been in the sports journalism world for three years. His work covering the NFL and motorsports has been seen on prominent sports news outlets such as Fox Sports and Jayski (Owned by ESPN). Before eUnited, Lange was a staff writer for Echo Fox, covering the Call of Duty team.

“It is an incredible opportunity to join a team like eUnited,” Lange said. “In such a short time, this organization has proven that they are top class and I couldn’t be more excited to join such a tight knit family, whose values are to support teamwork and letting everyone have a say in the creative direction of the team.

“The fans of eUnited can expect a lot of hard work from the both of us and the entire eUnited team, including a lot of fun player profiles, interviews and live on location videography. I couldn’t be more thankful for the position I am in.”
